What You’ll Do:
Teach with Rigor & Joy
- Create an engaging, inquiry-based math experience where scholars see themselves as mathematicians. Ensure High-Quality Instruction
- Implement a standards-aligned curriculum with fidelity, adapting lessons to meet the diverse needs of scholars. Foster a Growth Mindset
- Empower scholars to take risks, embrace challenges, and persist through complex problems. Utilize Data
- Track student progress, analyze assessment trends, and adjust instruction to maximize learning outcomes. Create a Culture of Achievement
- Set clear expectations, uphold classroom structures, and maintain a relentless focus on excellence. Collaborate with Purpose
- Work closely with colleagues, instructional coaches, and families to support scholar success. Embody the BA Mission

What You’ll Need:
Bachelor’s degree (required). SC Teacher Certification in Math (or eligibility to transfer certification from another state). At least one year of teaching experience at the high school level.
