Applicants are required to be certified teachers in the state of South Carolina. RLOA math teachers are expected to create critical thinkers and problem solvers in the world of numbers, formulas, graphs and more. Candidates who are not qualified should hold all necessary qualifications to become qualified. South Carolina or other current state teaching certification in high school content area Bachelor’s Degree in content field w/PACE or other alternative licensure program enrollment; OR Bachelor’s Degree in content field w/score ≥150 on Praxis II Content Test); OR Willingness to learn and use best practices in PBL the classroom Clean background check and TB letter (letter required upon hire)
