Christian School Kindergarten Teacher Christ Point Academy Huntsville, AL 35803 Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Christian Kindergarten Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and stimulating environment that fosters the spiritual, social, emotional, and intellectual development of young children. This role requires a commitment to educating diverse learners and implementing effective teaching strategies that engage students in their learning journey. Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with educational standards. Utilize various teaching methods to cater to different learning styles. Foster a positive, Christ-focused classroom environment that encourages curiosity and exploration. Assess student progress and provide feedback to parents and guardians. Qualifications Candidate must love Jesus and have a personal relationship with Him. Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field is preferred. Experience in childcare or teaching young children is highly desirable. Experience maintaining an orderly and encouraging classroom environment is necessary. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with students, parents, and staff. A genuine passion for educating young children and fostering their growth.
