Key Responsibilities:

Lesson Planning andInstruction:

Study and implement lesson plans that align with curriculumstandards. Utilize a variety of instructional strategies and technologiesto enhance learning. Manage a classroom of 20+ scholars.

Assessment and Evaluation:

Assess student progress through assignments, tests, andobservations. Provide timely feedback and support to help studentsimprove. Maintain accurate records of student performance and progress.

Classroom Management:

Establish and enforce classroom rules and procedures tomaintain a productive learning environment.

Communication andCollaboration:

Communicate regularly with students, parents, and guardiansregarding academic progress and behavioral issues. Collaborate with other teachers, staff, and administration tosupport student success.

Minimum Qualifications:

A bachelor’s degree before your first day of work with SuccessAcademy (a background in education is not required) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Passion for learning and commitment to student development Ability to work in person in New York City ($2500 stipend forqualified relocations)
