As a teacher here, you’ll be trained in the No Limits™ Method, a unique approach that combines dynamic instructional strategies with therapeutic interventions to promote academic success. Your Role Includes:

Delivering lessons using an online curriculum aligned with Florida State Standards. Creating daily lesson plans that engage and inspire. Integrating therapeutic tools like sensory equipment, positional aids, and hands-on manipulatives (training provided). Participating in team meetings such as Cognitive March Meetings, weekly staff check-ins, and LifePlans (our IEP equivalent). Administering and grading assessments and assignments. Maintaining an organized, creative, and Christ-centered classroom. Writing and distributing student report cards. Assisting with student personal care (e.g., bathrooming, changing) as needed. Maintaining a growth mindset and actively engaging in ongoing professional development. Leading a small classroom (maximum 8 students) with the support of two dedicated teacher assistants. Promoting and modeling Christian values in all aspects of your teaching.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or higher (required). Educator Certification (preferred). Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel). Experience working with students with disabilities (preferred). Excellent communication, tech-savvy, and strong classroom management skills. A heart for children and a passion for purpose-driven teaching.

Requirements:

Level II Background Clearance (required). Ability to lift at least 45 lbs. and assist students with mobility or personal care. Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
