The ideal candidate will support physical activity, assist with homework planning and supervision, and create fun and educational activities to enhance the children’s learning experience.

Requirements Supervision and Care:

Provide attentive supervision and care for children in a safe environment, ensuring their well-being and safety at all times.

Homework Support:

Assist students with their homework, offering guidance and encouragement to help them complete assignments effectively.

Activity Planning:

Develop and implement engaging classroom activities that promote physical activity, creativity, and social interaction. Activities may include arts and crafts, games, sports, and educational projects.

Physical Activity Support:

Encourage and facilitate physical activities, ensuring that children are active and engaged. This includes organizing outdoor games and structured exercise routines.

Communication:

Maintain open communication with parents, providing updates on their child’s progress and activities. Foster positive relationships with students to build trust and a supportive atmosphere.

Collaboration:

Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure that program objectives are met and to create a cohesive team environment.

Qualifications:

Previous experience working with elementary school-aged children in a classroom or after-school setting is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
