Elementary ESE Teacher JLP Inspiring Minds 7127 NW 88th Avenue, Tamarac, FL 33321 Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Elementary School Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to fostering a positive learning environment and will be responsible for educating young minds in a supportive and engaging manner. This role requires effective communication skills, creativity in lesson planning, and the ability to utilize learning technology to enhance student engagement. Working hours from 7:30am to 2pm Monday to Friday Responsibilities Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet the diverse needs of students with special needs Utilize various teaching methods and learning technologies to facilitate literacy education and early intervention strategies. Create a positive classroom environment that encourages student participation and fosters a love for learning. Assess student progress through regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback to support their academic growth. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure a collaborative educational experience. Maintain classroom organization and manage student behavior in accordance with school policies. Provide library services and resources to enhance students’ research skills and promote literacy. Participate in professional development opportunities to continuously improve teaching practices. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field is required. Experience working with children in an educational setting is preferred specially children with special needs ESE Strong proofreading skills to ensure clarity and accuracy in lesson materials. Familiarity with early intervention techniques and literacy education strategies is highly desirable. Proficiency in utilizing learning technology to support teaching objectives. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with students and parents. Ability to create inclusive lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles.
