The Teacher will work closely with students, parents, and staff to ensure a comprehensive educational experience. Responsibilities Develop and implement curriculum that meets the needs of diverse learners. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues regarding student progress and classroom activities. Manage classroom behavior to create a safe and productive learning environment. Provide early intervention support for students requiring additional assistance. Teach subjects such as Math and Physical Education, ensuring alignment with educational standards. Collaborate with other educators in curriculum development and instructional strategies. Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance. Foster positive relationships with students to encourage their personal growth and development. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field; teaching certification preferred. Experience working with students in a classroom setting is highly desirable. Strong skills in classroom management and behavior management techniques. Knowledge of early childhood education practices, particularly in preschool settings. Ability to communicate effectively with students of varying ages and backgrounds. Experience in teaching physical education is a plus. Familiarity with private school environments is advantageous but not required.
