Role:

As a Middle School STEM Teacher at Navigator Academy of Leadership, Inc, you will play a crucial role in shaping the minds of our future leaders. You will be responsible for creating and implementing engaging lesson plans that promote critical thinking, problem-solving, and creativity in our students. Your main objective will be to inspire and motivate our students to pursue their interests in STEM fields and prepare them for success in high school and beyond. You will work closely with other teachers and staff to ensure that our students receive a well-rounded education that prepares them for the challenges of the 21st century.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field Valid teaching certification in the state of Florida Experience teaching middle school students in a STEM-related field Strong knowledge of STEM subjects and their practical applications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Education or a related field Experience with project-based learning and inquiry-based instruction Experience working with diverse student populations Experience integrating technology into the classroom

Responsibilities:
