Teacher TIF Academy Lehigh Acres, FL 33936 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our Christian educational team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for children, focusing on their overall development and well-being. This role requires a commitment to educating young minds, particularly in areas such as physical education, preschool learning, and early intervention strategies. The Teacher will play a crucial role in fostering a love for learning while ensuring child welfare and safety. Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver dynamic lessons in core subjects (Reading, Math, Science, History, etc.) Integrate Biblical values Implement differentiated strategies to support student learning, Maintain strong classroom management and a nurturing learning environment Communicate effectively with parents, colleagues, and school leadership Participate in school functions, chapel services, team meetings, and professional development Uphold the mission and vision of TIF Academy in all aspects of the role Develop and implement creative, fun and engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of students Monitor and assess student progress, adapting teaching methods as necessary. Collaborate with parents and guardians to support child development and address any concerns. Participate in curriculum development to enhance educational programs. Experience Proven experience working with children in educational settings. environments is preferred. Background in curriculum development Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues. A passion for teaching and nurturing young learners is essential.
