Position Overview:

This full-time role will teach: 7th Grade Physical Science 8th Grade Earth & Space Science The ideal candidate will bring a love for hands-on, inquiry-based science instruction and a desire to inspire curiosity and wonder in young learners, all while pointing them toward God as the Creator.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Science Education or related field (required) Teaching certification and/or experience preferred Passion for Christian education and mentoring students Ability to teach from a biblical worldview and foster classroom engagement

Maintain an organized classroom environment conducive to learning, including managing classroom behavior effectively. Collaborate with education administration to align teaching strategies with school goals and policies. Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress and any concerns that may arise. Participate in professional development opportunities to stay updated on educational best practices and learning technology. Qualifications Proven experience working with students in an educational setting, demonstrating effective teaching strategies. Strong understanding of Geometry concepts and ability to convey them clearly to students. Familiarity with education administration processes, including curriculum development and assessment methods. Experience with standardized testing procedures and the ability to analyze results for student improvement. Excellent proofreading skills for preparing instructional materials and assessments. Background in scientific research is a plus, enhancing the ability to incorporate real-world applications into lessons. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, essential for interacting with students, parents, and colleagues.
