Additional InformationKIPP Miami offers competitive salaries to newly hired lead teachers. Salaries are based on prior experience and in accordance with certification requirements. KIPP Miami offers a competitive salary starting at $55,000 for first-year teachers. Additional annual compensation is available based on performance, extracurricular program leadership, school-based leadership, and more.
