Qualifications:

BS/BA Degree in Science, Education, or a related field Must be eligible for a teaching certificate in Science 5-9 or 6-12 (Temporary or Professional certification preferred) Experience with hands-on, inquiry-based science instruction and lab activities Strong classroom management skills Commitment to integrating faith and learning in the classroom Must be supportive and respectful of the mission and tenets of the Roman Catholic Church; experience in a Catholic school environment preferred Proficiency in instructional technology and educational software Excellent oral and written English-language communication skills Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel; PowerPoint a plus Professional demeanor and strong collaboration skills
