Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards Foster a positive, inclusive, and structured classroom environment Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to students and parents Use a variety of instructional strategies and technologies to support diverse learners Maintain classroom management and enforce school rules and policies Collaborate with other teachers, staff, and administration to support school-wide initiatives Participate in school events, professional development, and parent-teacher conferences
