Job Summary:
St. Cloud Christian Academy, a growing K3-12th private Christian school on the campus of St. Cloud Community Church, is seeking a dedicated and creatively skilled candidate to serve as the 6th Grade Teacher on our team. The ideal candidates will have experience in education, possess strong communication skills, and be committed to fostering a nurturing learning environment for young students with the love of Christ as the guiding light.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with educational standards
- Create a safe and supportive classroom environment conducive to learning
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
- Monitor and support the overall well-being and development of children
- Collaborate with other teachers in a productive and supportive manner to enhance the curriculum and learning outcomes
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children
- Proficiency in childhood development principles and practices
- Strong organizational skills for effective classroom management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- A degree in Education is preferred but not mandatory.
