The ideal candidate will have experience working with students in a daycare or private school setting, focusing on the development and implementation of engaging curricula. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage classroom behavior effectively while fostering a nurturing learning environment for children. Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with educational standards. Educate students in various subjects, including Math, while promoting critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Manage classroom behavior through positive reinforcement and effective behavior management strategies. Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and any concerns. Provide toddler care and support for younger children, ensuring their safety and well-being. Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance curriculum development and share best practices. Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and engagement. Qualifications Previous experience working with students in a daycare or private school setting is preferred. Strong knowledge of child development principles, particularly for toddlers. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues. Ability to develop engaging curricula that meet the diverse needs of students. Experience in behavior management techniques to foster a positive learning environment. A genuine passion for educating young minds and contributing to their growth.
