We are in search of like-minded educators to join our team in helping to grow our students. We are looking for full-time. High school teacher is a Hybrid layout. Where teacher teaches concepts and student does the work on the computer. Pay rate depends on qualifications and job type. This includes paid holiday vacation time.

Requirements and responsibilities listed below:

REQUIREMENTS

Must have an Associate’s Degree. Previous teaching experience. Be a practicing Christian with good moral character to align with our school’s values. Willing to attend our annual curriculum training seminars. Successful results of Level 2 background checks and fingerprinting. Strong time management and communication skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Set appropriate goals for students and assign individual work. Be available to help students one-on-one with questions if needed. Have a basic knowledge of all academic subjects. Monitor and supervise students while they work to ensure a calm, quiet, environment with harmony in the classroom. Manage students effectively to deter any conflicts and enforce the requirements of good student behavior. Create lesson plans/activities for extra work if needed outside of curriculum. Maintain accurate and complete student records. Promote a positive atmosphere for learning. Encourage Christian character in students. Ensure classroom is cleaned and sanitized daily.
