This role is essential in providing a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for students. The ideal candidates will possess a passion for working with children and a commitment to fostering their academic and personal growth. As part of our program, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of students while promoting a positive learning atmosphere. Duties Supervise and engage students during program activities, ensuring their safety and well-being. Assist in the planning and implementation of educational and recreational activities. Assist in the opening and closing of Center. Implement classroom management strategies to maintain an orderly environment conducive to learning. Offer counseling when appropriate, providing guidance and support aligned with our values. Maintain open communication with parents, teachers, and other staff members regarding student progress and behavior. Participate in training sessions related to first aid, childcare, early childhood education, or other relevant topics.
