Teacher Rex Child Care & Early Learning Cen Rex, GA 30273 Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a nurturing and stimulating learning environment. This role involves working with preschool-aged children, focusing on literacy education, math skills, and overall classroom management. The Teacher will utilize various teaching methodologies, including Highscope curriculum, to engage students and promote their academic and social development. Responsibilities Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards. Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages student participation and growth. Utilize effective classroom management techniques to maintain an orderly learning space. Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress and classroom activities. Assess student performance through various evaluation methods, providing feedback to support their learning journey. Incorporate literacy education strategies to enhance reading and writing skills among students. Facilitate math learning through hands-on activities that promote critical thinking. Collaborate with fellow educators to share best practices and improve teaching methodologies. Requirements CDA in Early Childhood Education or a related field is required. Experience in a preschool or early childhood setting is highly desirable. Strong understanding of classroom management techniques and lesson planning. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues. Familiarity with Montessori teaching methods is a plus. A genuine passion for educating young children and fostering their development in a supportive environment.
