This position supports young learners in a safe, structured, and fun environment after their regular school day. Ideal candidates will have experience working with preschool-aged children and a passion for nurturing their growth through creative play, social development, and enrichment activities. Duties Supervise and engage Pre-K children in age-appropriate activities, both indoors and outdoors Lead small group enrichment activities such as art, music, storytelling, and games Promote social-emotional learning, cooperation, and positive behavior Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment Communicate effectively with parents and staff about daily activities and child progress Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations at all times Requirements High school diploma or GED required; CDA or degree in Early Childhood Education preferred Experience working with preschool-aged children in a group setting CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Strong interpersonal and communication skills Dependable, flexible, and committed to creating a positive environment Nice To Haves Experience working with young children Must be available to work Monday – Friday 12pm – 6pm
