Our mission is to provide high-quality martial arts education in a supportive environment that fosters personal growth and discipline. Summary We are seeking a passionate Martial Arts Instructor to join our team at Kim Brothers Tae Kwon Do. In this role, you will be responsible for educating students of all ages in martial arts techniques and principles, while promoting physical fitness and personal development. This position is vital to our commitment to nurturing a love for martial arts within our community. Responsibilities Teach martial arts classes to students of various ages and skill levels. Develop lesson plans that promote physical fitness, discipline, and respect. Provide individualized feedback and support to help students improve their skills. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all participants. Encourage students to set personal goals and celebrate their achievements. Maintain a safe training space by enforcing safety protocols and guidelines. Requirements Proven experience in martial arts instruction or coaching is preferred. Strong communication skills to effectively educate and motivate students. Ability to manage behavior in a classroom setting. Passion for teaching and promoting martial arts as a lifelong activity.
