Duties Implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and cater to the needs of all students. Manage classroom behavior effectively to create a respectful and productive learning environment.. Foster a supportive atmosphere that encourages student participation and engagement. Incorporate activities that promote physical, emotional, and social development, including sports coaching or theater programs. Maintain accurate records of student attendance. Provide support for students who may need extra help Requirements Certificate in education or a related field is preferred. Experience in early childhood education or working with children Strong classroom management skills to maintain an effective learning environment. Ability to engage students through creative teaching methods and activities. Experience in tutoring or mentoring children is desirable. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
