The ideal candidate will have a strong background in classroom management and experience working with students in a school setting. This role involves educating students, fostering their development, and implementing effective teaching strategies tailored to individual learning needs. The Teacher will play a crucial role in supporting childhood development, including early intervention techniques and education practices. This position is Monday-Friday, hours will be discussed in the interview. Responsibilities Implement engaging lesson plans that meet curriculum standards and cater to diverse learning styles. Manage classroom behavior effectively to create a positive learning environment. Assess student progress through standardized testing and provide feedback to students and parents. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance educational programs and share best practices. Provide individualized support for students with special education needs or those requiring early intervention. Foster strong relationships with students, parents, and the school community to promote student success. Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance. Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with Licensing requirements. Qualifications Proven experience working with students in a classroom setting, ideally within a school environment. Strong understanding of childhood development principles and effective teaching strategies. Experience in education or toddler care is highly desirable. Excellent classroom management skills with the ability to engage and motivate students. Knowledge of standardized testing procedures and assessment methods. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively with staff, parents, and the community.
