As a Camp Teacher, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, fun, learning environment for campers. You will be responsible for leading activities, providing guidance, and ensuring personal growth among students while promoting teamwork and positive interactions. Ideal candidates will have experience working with children. Responsibilities Supervise and ensure the safety of students during all activities. Plan and lead camp activities such as sports, arts and crafts, educational games, and outdoor adventures. Encourage teamwork, respect, and inclusivity among students. Provide support and guidance to students in group settings and one-on-one interactions. Assist with behavior management strategies to promote positive interactions and conflict resolution. Communicate effectively with students and fellow staff members. Participate in training sessions to enhance skills if needed. Experience Previous experience working with children. Able to pass a background check. Familiarity with behavior management techniques. A passion for working with children. Strong communication skills to effectively manage students of various ages.
