The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a positive learning environment that fosters student engagement and academic growth. This role involves developing lesson plans, delivering instruction in science. Willing to work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance the educational experience and support the diverse needs of students. Responsibilities Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards. Deliver instruction 6th-8th grade science. Assess student progress through various evaluation methods and provide constructive feedback. Collaborate with other educators to design instructional materials and strategies that meet diverse learning needs. Foster a supportive classroom environment that encourages student participation and promotes a love for learning. Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay current with educational trends. Experience A degree in Education or a related field is required. Familiarity with instructional design principles and techniques is desirable. Previous teaching experience in Middle School Science. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with students, parents, and colleagues. A commitment to educating diverse learners and adapting teaching methods to meet individual needs.
