The School Teacher will play a vital role in mentoring students and managing classroom dynamics to ensure an enriching educational experience. Responsibilities Develop and implement instructional plans that align with curriculum standards in subjects such as Math and Science. Conduct laboratory experiments and guide students in hands-on activities, including dissection and other practical applications. Utilize effective classroom management techniques to maintain a conducive learning environment. Assess student progress through various evaluation methods and provide constructive feedback. Foster student engagement through innovative teaching strategies and instructional design. Mentor students by providing academic support and guidance on their educational journey. Collaborate with fellow educators, staff, and parents to enhance the overall educational experience. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field; teaching certification preferred. Strong knowledge of Cell Biology, Microbiology, Genetics, and related scientific disciplines.
