Manage classroom dynamics to create a positive learning environment. Assess student progress through standardized testing and provide tailored support. Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development and instructional design. Communicate effectively with students and parents regarding academic performance and expectations. Mentor students in their writing and creative projects, encouraging a love for literature.
