- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to students’ needs
- Provide a safe and nurturing learning environment
- Utilize effective behavior management techniques
- Incorporate various teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles
- Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field
- Previous experience teaching in a classroom setting
- Strong knowledge in Culinary, Ballet, Early Childhood Education, Theater, or Dance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with students of different ages and skill levels
- Certification in Early Childhood Education (preferred)
- Proficiency in curriculum planning and implementation
