KeyResponsibilities:

Lesson Planning and Instruction:

/n /n

• Studyand implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards. /n
• Utilize a variety of instructional strategies and technologies toenhance learning. /n
• Manage a classroom of 20 scholars.

Assessment and Evaluation:

/n /n

• Assess student progress throughassignments, tests, and observations. /n
• Provide timely feedbackand support to help students improve. /n
• Maintain accuraterecords of student performance and progress.

ClassroomManagement:

/n /n

• Establish and enforce classroom rules andprocedures to maintain a productive learning environment.

Communication and Collaboration:

/n /n

• Communicate regularly withstudents, parents, and guardians regarding academic progress andbehavioral issues. /n
• Collaborate with other teachers, staff, andadministration to support student success.

MinimumQualifications:

/n A bachelor’s degree before your first day ofwork with Success Academy (a background in education is notrequired) /n Strong communication and interpersonal skills /nPassion for learning and commitment to student development /nAbility to work in person in New York City ($2500 stipend forqualified relocations) /n Exact compensation may vary based onskills and experience. /n Compensation Range /n $65,000
