Middle School Teacher Ranch Hope Alloway, NJ 08001 Ranch Hope is currently recruiting a Special Education Middle School Teacher for the Strang School located in Alloway, NJ. Ranch Hope is a non-profit Residential Treatment Center with locations in Salem and Gloucester Counties. Since 1964 our mission has been to transform lives through Christ-centered love and compassion while providing residential treatment, shelter, camp, special education and independent living services to youth from throughout the state of New Jersey. As our Middle School Teacher you will use the Nurtured Heart Approach and Trauma Informed Care to provide our special education students with instruction. You will provide differentiated and engaging instruction to youth in small class sizes and will have a Teacher Assistant, Nurtured Heart Coach and Behavior Intervention Team to support you. You will work to ensure students are being provided with every opportunity to meet the goals set in their IEP and will re-direct behaviors that are not in line with Strang School policy and expectations. Most importantly, you will help to change the world by sharing your love of learning with at-risk youth. As a teacher in our school you will work the school calendar, 7 hours per day and will have the option of working extended school year.
