Key Responsibilities:
Teach math to middle school students in alignment with state standards Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans that accommodate various learning styles Monitor and assess student progress; provide feedback and support Create a positive, inclusive, and structured classroom environment Collaborate with colleagues and participate in school-related activities and professional development
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Mathematics, or a related field Valid Pennsylvania teaching certification/license for middle school education Prior experience teaching middle school math preferred Strong communication and classroom management skills Ability to adapt instructional strategies to support diverse learners
