Afterschool Teacher Description:
Organize end-of-day activities to offer a home-away-from-home experience. Prepare and lead children in activities both structured and informal throughout the afternoon time. Coordinate and provide age-appropriate opportunities for children in grades K – 8 to be fully engaged after school. Collaborate and plan with other members of After Care team. Ensure that children are supervised at all times and that after school teachers are actively participating with the children. Keep accurate records of children attending the After Care program.
