Academy Online Middle and Upper School Teachers, Part-Time 4.1 4.1 out of 5 stars One University Park Drive, Nashville, TN 37204 We are seeking dedicated and innovative Online Middle and High School Teachers to deliver engaging, asynchronous instruction to students in a virtual learning environment. The ideal candidate will create and facilitate an interactive, supportive online classroom that fosters student success.
Key Responsibilities :
Provide timely, meaningful feedback on student work and assessments. Monitor student progress and engagement, proactively reaching out to support learning. Foster a positive and inclusive online learning community. Integrate spiritual formation into instruction, encouraging character development and ethical decision-making. Communicate regularly with students, parents, and support staff to ensure academic success. Utilize learning management systems (LMS) and other digital tools to facilitate instruction.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in education or a related field. Valid teaching certification for the appropriate grade level and subject. Experience in online teaching and familiarity with best practices for virtual education. Strong communication, organization, and technology skills. This position requires an educator who is passionate about student-centered online learning and committed to fostering meaningful virtual connections to support student growth.
