Middle School Teacher Position Available In Rutherford, Tennessee

Middle School Teacher Lancaster Christian Academy 150 Soccer Way, Smyrna, TN 37167 Lancaster Christian Academy in Smyrna is conducting interviews to staff the 2025-2026 school year. Due to rapid growth, we will be opening additional classrooms across our elementary school. We are looking to employ fun, energetic, and joyful Christians to partner with us in our elementary department. These are the criteria we desire for those who apply:

• Strong relationship with the Lord and faithful attendance at an evangelical church
• Capable and desirous of leading young students to the Lord
• Available to work long hours to help support school functions and activities after school hours
• Experience teaching elementary students (two or more years preferred)
• Excited about developing “out of the box” lesson plans
• Thoroughly enjoys the education profession
• Desires to build relationship and community with other teachers General teacher hours are from 7:15am-4pm.
