AFTER SCHOOL and SUMMER Program Activities Counselor The Hangout Spot, Inc. 1411 West Main Street, Lebanon, TN 37087 Do you love working with kids? Do you have a creative mind and help enjoy planning activities to teach and entertain kids? We want you on our team! The Hangout Spot, Inc. is an after-school and summer program located in Lebanon, TN where kids can come to unwind and experience the fine arts as well as laser tag, karaoke, indoor basketball, video game room, arts and crafts and so much more! We are seeking RELIABLE and energetic Summer Activities Counselors who enjoy working with children and ensuring a safe and fun environment.

SUMMER HOURS

8-5:30 PM. (Time may vary)

AFTER-SCHOOL HOURS

(during school year) 2-6 pm.

Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years old Must have reliable transportation Possess excellent communication skills Enjoy a busy environment Ability to work with children ages 5-13

Responsibilities:

Monitor and ENGAGE with children in their recreational areas to maintain a safe and fun environment Maintain a positive working environment with colleagues and director Ensure that your working area in the center is well-maintained and clean Arrive to work on time Demonstrate responsible, professional, respectful and ethical behavior Effectively work with other team members to address ongoing needs of students and the program. Must complete background check
