Classroom Teacher – 5th Grade 3.5 3.5 out of 5 stars West Danville, VT 05873 Walden School is a Preschool to Grade 8 school with a small community of approximately 80 students. Walden has a supportive team oriented faculty and staff to support the students in Walden. It is a school environment where everybody knows one another.
Walden is seeking a 5th grade classroom teacher. The team is seeking an individual that is dynamic and caring. The right candidate will be familiar with MTSS and PBIS. The classroom teacher will work collaboratively with intervention teachers, special educators, and teaching teams to support the student needs in a meaningful way to promote a healthy learning environment so each student can be successful. Walden seeks a teacher that will embrace student needs and work with each student’s individuality to achieve their academic goals.
