This full-time instructional position involves developing and presenting outdoor and environmental programs for both students and general audiences.

Responsibilities include:

Delivering engaging outdoor and environmental educational presentations Designing outdoor and environmental programs for general audiences Curating and maintaining outdoor learning facilities and displays Performing horticultural tasks and maintaining outdoor structures Facilitating public access to trails and exhibits

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in environmental science, public history, earth science, biology, botany, social studies, agricultural science, natural science, or a related field (preferably with a concentration in education) Valid driver’s license and a good driving record Outstanding public speaking and presentation skills Enthusiastic about outdoor education Capable of working independently and self-directed Comfortable working in outdoor environments Preferred but not required: Informal education experience Teaching certification This role requires a flexible schedule including some evenings, weekends, and holidays.
