Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a collegiate development office. Position Summary Enhance the growth and development of The Georgia Bulldog Club (TGBC) by leading the marketing and communication development for Men’s Basketball Fund, Women’s Basketball Fund, Gymnastics Excellence Fund, and Georgia Baseball fund. Produces solicitation and stewardship materials for the Annual Fund team. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and/or Competencies Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools with an understanding of Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Knowledge of how to make a gift (current and deferred) is crucial.
Ability to travel and available for weekend/evening work.
Knowledge of and compliance with NCAA, SEC, and institutional rules and regulations. Physical Demands Driving, sitting and standing for long periods of time; lifting and/or moving up to 25 lbs. Duties/Responsibilities Duties/Responsibilities Lead marketing and communication development for Men’s Basketball Fund, Women’s Basketball Fund, Gymnastics Excellence Fund, Georgia Baseball fund and Victory Fund.
Manage annual solicitations, priority seating, and donor stewardship.
Provide operational support for the Hartman Fund.
Collaborate with TGBC frontline staff to ensure alignment in customer service messaging. Percentage of time 50
Duties/Responsibilities Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy. Along with the Associate AD for Development & Ticket Operations, conceptualize, design, develop and produce publications, brochures, mailings, letters, and stewardship materials for TGBC’s annual funds.
Work with the Associate AD for Development & Ticket Operations to maintain a comprehensive content calendar, update TGBC website, and create and deliver the monthly newsletter.
Responsible for executing communications projects as assigned by Associate AD for Development & Ticket Operations and Senior Director of Development Operations.
Management of TGBC email and other digital communication outreach. Percentage of time 40
Duties/Responsibilities Serve as an active member of the Annual Fund Team, with ability to interact effectively with TGBC members in multiple settings (phone, email, at events, etc.).
Attend game day functions and other TGBC functions as a representative of the TGBC. Percentage of time 5
