• We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as an Assistant Director. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the Director in overseeing the operations and strategic direction of our organization.
• Responsibilities
• Assist the Director in managing daily operations and implementing organizational policies
• Collaborate with staff to develop and implement educational programs
• Support budgeting and financial management activities
• Educate and mentor staff members to enhance performance
• Participate in strategic planning initiatives to drive organizational growth
• Oversee university relations and partnerships
• Provide leadership and guidance to staff members
• Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Education Administration or related field; Master’s degree preferred
• Proven experience in a leadership role within an educational setting
• Strong understanding of budgeting and financial management principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to think strategically and contribute to organizational planning
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
