Managing overall Audio and Video equipment and facility maintenance oversee the maintenance and operation of the system and facility to ensure smooth and efficient functionality includes monitoring and resolving any issues or malfunctions that may arise. Ensure that projectors, computers, media servers, network servers, CCTV, HVAC, and various equipment and exhibition facilities necessary for operation must be maintained in optimal condition. Establish and execute maintenance plans in accordance with guidelines provided by HQ. Work cooperatively with team members to accomplish tasks together In the event of a breakdown, try to repair or troubleshoot yourself as much as possible. Report to management on failures and actions taken 2. Managing, educating and training System team members Lead a team of system professional, providing guidance and support. Involve educating team members on best practices, ensuring their skills are up-to-date, and facilitating their professional growth through training and development opportunities. Manage yourself and team members to ensure to follow safety practices when working. 3. The System Team’s duties include on-site support for the Operations Team. Part of the working hours will be spent supporting the operations team. [Required Skills & Qualifications]

  • Proven experience in facility and electronic equipment and exhibition facilities maintenance.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of video content management systems and best practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Prior experience in training and educating team members is preferred.
  • Passion for ensuring the smooth operation of facilities, equipment Proven experience in facility and electronic equipment maintenance.
  • Maintenance work will be often done after business hours and may include nighttime work.
  • Food handler card must be obtained prior to employment (Arte museum has Cafe in it)
  • Must be proficient in handling power tools.
  • Due to the nature of museum operations, you may be required to work overtime depending on the situation.
  • Minimum 5+ Years of Experiences required
  • Must operate/ride a scissor lift for field work.

To do so, must obtain OSHA30 certification.

$70,000~$100,000 (Negotiable based on Experiences)
