Music Instructor Musical Beginnings Baldwin County Baldwin County, AL As a Music Instructor for Musical Beginnings, you will be instrumental in fostering a love for music among students of all ages. Reporting to the Director, you will utilize your core teaching skills to deliver engaging lessons while developing a comprehensive curriculum that meets diverse learning needs. Your expertise in classroom management and experience with children will create a positive learning environment. Additionally, your relevant skills in tutoring, adult education, and performing arts will enhance the educational experience, making you a vital part of our commitment to musical excellence and student growth. Responsibilities Develop and implement engaging music curricula tailored for various age groups, including adults and children. Conduct individual and group lessons, fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment. Manage classroom dynamics effectively to ensure a productive learning atmosphere. Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance their musical skills. Collaborate with parents and guardians to support student development and address any concerns. Requirements Must have reliable transportation. Must be willing to commit to lessons for the full length of the school year. Must have more than 5 years of music education and study. Must be willing to undergo a background check.
