This is the most wonderful academy to work at, as it is run by a teacher who knows what we teachers need to do our jobs well and be able to continue in this profession. We focus on the fundamental and technical ability of our students, but we also look for opportunities to spark joy in the student in music. There is always a way to find the passion in a student for their instrument, and we seek that out as teachers here. Our regular teacher meetings and company materials make growing as a teacher so easy, becoming better at what we do all the time.
