Create a nurturing, fun, and safe learning environment for young students. Ensure that each student gains new skills in every session and has material to practice at home.

Job Description:

The Music Teacher will lead the Tiny Notes Program, designed for children ages 3 and 4, with classes focusing on foundational voice, piano, and ukulele. These will be 30-minute sessions to engage young learners with a dynamic approach that fosters musical interest and basic skills. The teacher will also conduct regular vocal lessons for older students, with class durations of 45 to 60 minutes. Ideal candidates will have skills in piano and other instruments, enhancing the versatility and quality of instruction offered.

  • Possess a Music Degree
  • Arrive 30 minutes prior to the first class
  • Welcome each student personally at the front desk
  • Use electronic devices (tablet, smartphone, etc.) effectively for instruction
  • Log into the teaching platform before every class to verify schedules and online status
  • Record each class session for internal quality and student review
  • Send written follow-up after each day, summarizing class activities and assigning practice homework
Additional Duties:
  • Perform student evaluations every 3 months using PIMAS templates
