• Job Summary:

• We are seeking a dedicated Music Teacher to join our team. The Music Teacher will be responsible for planning and implementing a music education curriculum and conducting music lessons.

• Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Music Teacher or in a similar role. BA in music a plus! Proficiency in playing various musical instruments. Strong knowledge of music theory, music history, and different musical genres. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work well with students of all ages and skill levels, especially students with learning difficulties and related challenges.

• Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement music education plans Teach music theory, instrument techniques, music history, and other related subjects.

Plan and conduct group music lessons. Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback. Collaborate with other teachers to support students’ musical development as it relates to what students are studying the content areas. Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a Level II Background Screening.
