Teaching Full Job Description Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced piano Instructor to join our team. As a piano Instrucotor, you will have the opportunity to share your knowledge and love for music with students of all ages and skill levels. This is a part-time position .

Responsibilities:

• Provide piano lessons to students of various ages and skill levels in a group setting.
• Create individualized lesson plans based on the needs and goals for students.
• Teach proper piano techniques, to read music, and make the classroom a fun learning environment
• Help students develop their musicality and understanding of music theory
• Foster a positive and supportive learning environment
• Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback
• Collaborate with owner of music school to ensure students’ success
• Prepare students for performances or recitals

Experience:

• Previous experience as a piano Instructor or similar role
• Proficient in playing the piano and knowledgeable in various music genres
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. english and spanish is mandatory
• Experience working with students of different age groups
• Familiarity with special education, early childhood education, or childhood development is a plus
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles
