Drum Instructor New World Music School of Orlando 6582 University Boulevard, Winter Park, FL 32792 Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education and experience working with children and adults. This role involves creating an engaging learning environment, fostering student development, and implementing effective teaching strategies. The Instructor will be responsible for delivering lessons in voice/singing. Piano and guitar instruction is plus. Duties Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the needs of students. Provide individualized support to students as needed, ensuring their academic success. Engage students through fun and creative activities that promote creativity and critical thinking. Maintain open communication with parents and guardians regarding student progress and classroom activities. Collaborate with colleagues when needed especially during student recitals. Skills Strong management skills to maintain an orderly learning environment. Experience is essential but not a deal breaker. A background in special education will be a plus.
