IT Instructors – Software & Hardware Tracks (Flexible Schedule) Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated IT Instructors to teach variety of variety of IT courses on a flexible part-time or full-time schedule. The ideal candidates will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction to students, fostering a positive learning environment, and supporting student success. This role requires strong communication skills, a commitment to educational excellence, and the ability to engage students effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience as an IT instructor in a recognized training center. Industry certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco, AWS, etc.). Strong communication, presentation, and mentoring skills. Instructors are needed for the following courses:

Hardware & Networking Tracks:

CompTIA A+ (Hardware, Troubleshooting, Support) CompTIA Network+ (Networking Basics, Protocols, Security) CompTIA Security+ (Cybersecurity Essentials) Cisco CCNA (Routing & Switching, LAN/WAN, TCP/IP)

PC Assembly and Maintenance IT Support Specialist Bootcamp Software & Systems Administration Tracks:

Microsoft Windows Server Administration (AD, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy) Microsoft Azure Fundamentals & Administration Linux Essentials and System Administration (Ubuntu, Red Hat, CentOS) PowerShell Scripting VMware vSphere/ESXi Administration ITIL Foundation and Service Management Responsibilities Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet curriculum standards. Deliver instruction in a clear and effective manner to facilitate student understanding. Assess student progress through assignments, tests, and projects, providing constructive feedback. Create a supportive classroom environment that encourages student participation and collaboration. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and performance. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance instructional practices and share resources.
