The ideal candidate will have a strong background in curriculum development and experience working with diverse student populations, including kindergarden students to high school students and adults. This role involves creating engaging lesson plans, managing lessons dynamics, and fostering an inclusive learning environment that promotes growth and development for all students. Duties Develop and implement effective curriculum tailored to the needs of students across various age groups, including kindergardears to adult education. We provide training. Create lesson plans that incorporate innovative teaching methods and materials to enhance student learning experiences. Manage lessons behavior and dynamics to maintain a positive and productive learning environment. Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to support their educational journey. Collaborate with other educators and staff to share best practices and improve instructional strategies. Adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and abilities within the classroom. Requirements Proven experience in curriculum development and lesson planning.
