Drum Instructor / Multi-Instrumentalist Universal Rock School Seminole, FL 33772

Job Description:

We’re currently seeking a skilled and passionate Drum Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate is not only an experienced drummer but is also capable of teaching multiple instruments. You’ll be working with students ranging from beginners to advanced players, creating a fun, educational, and engaging learning environment.

Responsibilities:

Provide weekly drum lessons to students of various ages and skill levels Develop lesson plans tailored to each student’s goalsMaintain a positive, encouraging, and professional teaching atmosphere Optionally teach other instruments if skilled (guitar, bass, keys, etc.) Participate in student showcases and recitals

Qualifications:

Proficient in drum set performance and instruction Ability to play and teach additional instruments is a plus Prior teaching experience preferred but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
