Passionate Music Teachers (Independent Contractors) Grace Notes Apopka – New Location Opening Summer 2025 Grace Notes Apopka is growing! We’re expanding from a thriving home studio of 50+ students into a brand-new 2000 sq ft commercial location in Apopka’s Victoria Plaza. Our beautiful new space will include multiple soundproof lesson pods, a welcoming waiting lounge, and a strong focus on individual artistry and personalized music education . We are currently seeking independent contractor music teachers to join our launch team this summer. Our initial hiring focus includes piano, voice, guitar/ukulele, and drums , but we welcome interest from all musicians with a passion for teaching. We already have students calling to enroll—the only thing missing is YOU.

Job Description:

Grace Notes Apopka is seeking passionate, reliable, and creative music teachers to join our growing team. Teachers will provide one-on-one private lessons in piano, voice, guitar/ukulele, drums, or other instruments of expertise. Instructors are responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons tailored to each student’s goals and skill level, maintaining regular schedules, communicating with families when needed, and supporting our mission to cultivate a love of music and artistic growth. This role is perfect for skilled musicians who love teaching and want to help build something new and meaningful in the Apopka community.

About Grace Notes Apopka:

We’re a traditional, fine arts-based music school with a passion for nurturing musicality and creativity. Our new commercial space opens Summer 2025 on 441—just minutes from the 429 and 451, easily accessible from all parts of Apopka, Mount Dora, Maitland, and Altamonte Springs. We focus on high-quality private lessons first and foremost. Group classes will come later—and when they do, we plan to think outside the box. Hundreds of new homes are being built in the area , and our phone is already ringing with families eager to enroll. All we need now are the right teachers to bring it all to life.

Requirements:

Able to teach at least one of the following: piano, voice, guitar/ukulele, drums (other instruments welcome too!) Commit to a minimum of 6 months of teaching. Maintain a reliable, professional presence— no canceling for gigs or conflicting commitments during your scheduled lesson times. Comfortable working as an independent contractor (Form W-9 required).
